COVID 19 - Safety Protocol


Clients who have had any recent symptoms or characteristics of COVID-19, such as a new or continuous cough, high temperature, changes (or loss) in sense of taste or smell should not book an appointment or visit the HBB salon.

If you have recently come into contact with a person suspected of or infected with COVID-19 please refrain from booking or coming into the salon for an appointment.

Following state mandates Clients are required to wear a face mask at HBB salon. Antibacterial hand soap and hand sanitizer are also provided to clients.

HBB salon is frequently cleaned and sanitized in line with COVID-19 safety protocols. The healthy and safety of our clients and staff is of the upmost importance

Appointment Policy


There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit required upon booking plus a $2.00 processing fee. ( You must have a valid credit card on file). Your deposit goes towards your service. You will pay your remaining balance when you come for your appointment.

  • HBB only services children aged 12 and up.

  • No small children or extra people are allowed at your appointment.

Late Arrivals - Policy


To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients have a 15 minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be imposed with a $10.00 late fee and clients arriving more than 30 mins late will forfeit the original appointment.

Late Cancellation - Policy


We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedule at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations that break this rule will be charged a $20.00 fee added to their next appointment.

No Show - Policy


In the case of missing your appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 fee for the missed appointment/service. This fee will be added to your next appointment. When booking your next appointment you will also be required to pay a non-refundable $25.00 fee in order to add your appointment to the calendar.

Service Guarantee & Refunds


Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contended/satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side to offer a discount, credit, or refund.

Health & Safety Protocols


All chemical, cutting, and coloring services must have a consultation prior to service. For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have any allergies, medical issues or if you are pregnant.

Right to Refuse Service


Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health my influence the effects of the service.
